1. Navigate to the ENS Live website or open the mobile app.

2. Open the menu and tap on "Feedback".

3. Tap "Create" to start a new report or feedback entry.

4. Begin writing your message, providing all necessary information about the issue or concern.

5. Select the type of report: "Public" or "Private", depending on whether you want the report visible to others or confidential.

6. Review the information and submit the report.

Once submitted, our support and moderation team will review the report carefully and take appropriate action according to ENS Live community guidelines. Reporting responsibly ensures that the platform remains safe, inclusive, and reliable for all users.
